高校辅导员队伍的专业化与职业化刍议

高校辅导员是高校学生政治思想工作、素质教育工作以及日常管理工作的主要承担者，需要有相应的专业化水平。鉴于此，提出高校辅导员需要进行专业化与职业化，以满足不断发展的高校教育管理工作之需。

College counselors are the main hearer for the work of political and ideological, quality education and the daily management, those require the appropriate professional level. In view of this, the author proposes the need for the professional college counselors and professional staff, to meet the growing development of the educational management in universities.
