过剩空气系数对多种燃气燃烧温度影响的分析 被引量:12

摘要 钢铁企业炼钢过程中产生数量众多的焦炉煤气、高炉煤气、转炉煤气和COREX煤气等各类燃气,燃气燃烧温度受燃气燃烧的过剩空气系数、空气和燃气的被加热温度等因素影响很大。空气和燃气温度均被加热到400℃时,各种燃气的燃烧温度显著提高,对于低热值高炉煤气燃烧温度提高约200℃,达到1580℃。同一燃烧设备当燃用燃气种类发生变化时,在满足燃烧设备加热温度的条件下,通过调整过剩空气系数、空气和燃气加热温度能够满足燃烧设备加热温度的要求。 Steel enterprises produced several kinds of fuel gas,such as coke oven gas,blast furnace gas,Converter gas and COREX gas.These kinds of fuel gas were numerous.The combustion temperature of fuel gas was great affected by excess air coefficient,the preheat temperature of air and fuel gas,etcetera.Because both air and fuel gas were preheated to 400 degrees centigrade,the combustion temperature of all kinds of fuel gas was increased considerably,and the combustion temperature of low heat-value gas,such as BFG,could be up to 1580 degrees centigrade.They increased 200 degrees centigrade than they were not preheated.When the fuel gas had changed,through adjusting the excess air coefficient and the preheat temperature of air and fuel gas,the combustion equipment and the heating temperature could be met.
