摘要 采用金相及扫描电镜观察了双相不锈钢2205的热轧表面缺陷,测量了实验室模拟气氛下双相不锈钢2205在不同温度和时间下的氧化增重并对氧化铁皮结构进行了观察。分析后认为双相不锈钢热轧时的表面裂纹是由于轧制时氧化铁皮破裂、基体组织被挤出形成的。 The hot-rolled surface cracks of duplex stainless steel 2205 were investigated by optical scanning and EDS. Weight change of the duplex stainless after oxidized in different temperatures and times in laboratory was measured and the structure of the oxide scale was observed by EDS. It follows from the oxide scale the above statement that the surface cracks were caused by the matrix extrusion after breaking during the hot rolling
