Si-Mn系低碳钢经DP和TRIP处理后组织与性能的对比性研究 被引量:2

摘要 对冷轧态Si-Mn系低碳钢分别进行DP和TRIP处理,然后通过金相实验、SEM分析以及室温拉伸性能测试对其显微组织、力学性能以及成型性能进行对比研究。结果表明,当组织中铁素体含量约为60%时,经TRIP处理后试样的能量吸收强度大约是DP处理试样的1.59倍;经TRIP处理后试样的均匀变形能力较强,经DP处理的试样则具有较高的初始加工硬化能力;经TRIP处理后试样的断裂韧度是经DP处理试样的3.2倍,这应该与组织中残余奥氏体的TRIP效应有关。 The specimens of Si-Mn low carbon steel were obtained by DP and TRIP heat treatment. The microstructure, mechanical properties and formability of the specimens were studied by means of optical metallography, SEM and tensile property test at room temperature. It was shown that for the specimens with 60% ferrite content, the energy absorption strength of specimen after TRIP treatment was 1.59 times of that after DP treatment ; the initial work hardening ability of the specimen after DP treatment was higher and the uniform deformation ability of the specimen after TRIP treatment was better. In addition, K1c of the specimen after TRIP treatment was 3.2 times higher than that after DP treatment which resulted from the TRIP effect of retained austenite.
