摘要
用原子吸收光谱法测定了云南省蒙自县野生白芨中Ca、Mg、Mn、Zn、Fe、Co、Ni等矿质元素的含量。结果表明:白芨中含有丰富的Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn等矿质元素,尤以Ca、Mg等元素的含量高,其含量顺序为:Ca>Mg>Fe>Zn>Mn>Ni>Co。白芨作为药用的同时还可以补充人体必需的矿质元素Ca、Mg、Mn、Zn、Fe、Co、Ni等,表明野生白芨具有较高的营养价值。
The content of Ca, Mg, Mn, Zn, Fe, Co and Ni in wild Bletilla striata in Mengzi County of Yunnan province was analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that rich mineral element of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Mn in BletiUa striata, in which Ca and Mg content was the highest. The content order was Ca〉Mg〉Fe〉Zn〉Mn 〉Ni〉Co. Bletilla striata could not only he as herb, but also supply biogenic minor elements of Ca, Mg, Mn, Zn, Fe, Co and Ni. The results also implied that the nutritive value of the wild Bletilla striata was high.
