类胡萝卜素是广泛分布于动物、植物和微生物中一类色素,对于植物的外观色泽、商品性和人类健康起着十分重要的作用。文章详细综述了植物类胡萝卜素的分析方法,以期为植物类胡萝卜素的合理开发提供参考。

Carotenoids represent a diverse group of pigments widely distributed in animals, plants and microorganisms. They played an important role in plant appearance color, commodity and human health. This paper reviewed the methods about carotenoid analysis in plant, and the aim was to provide some important information about reasonable exploitation of carotenoids in plants.
