进修医生培训是继续教育的重要组成部分。从资格审查、院前教育、措施得力、结业考核4方面,介绍了第四军医大学西京医院进修医生的管理及培养方法。
Postgraduate training is an important component of continuing education. This article aimed to introduce the management and training method of the postgraduate doctors developed in our hospital.
