摘要
从护理的管理体制、用人机制、服务模式、服务收费4方面,分析了目前护理管理存在问题,指出实施护士的垂直管理是护理管理改革的方向。并就垂直管理的实施进行了探讨。
The paper analyzed the current nursing management problems from four aspects, including management system, employment mechanism, service model and service charge, pointed out that the implementation of vertical management of nurses is the reform direction of nursing care management. The paper also discussed the implementation of vertical management from the above four aspects.
