摘要
目的探讨医院危机处理中的沟通方式。方法采用"质的研究"(访谈法)的方法探究医务人员对医院危机处理沟通方式的认识和态度。结果发现医务人员对医院危机及危机发生后的沟通处理普遍认识不足。结论制度建设与组织培训是医院危机管理的必要措施,同时做好与媒体、患方、上级、员工的沟通更是医院危机处理的关键环节。
Objective To study the communication ways in hospital crisis management. Method Applying qualitative research methods to survey the knowledge and attitude of hospital crisis management among the medical staff. Result Most of The medical staff are lack of sufficient knowledge. Conclusion Regulations and training are the necessary measures in hospital crisis management. The key links are the communication with the media, patients, higher authorities and staffs.
