摘要 本文介绍了在φ2.2×4.4m风扫煤磨新设计中所采用的新技术和新结构,其中有些在国内是首次采用,为此后磨机的设计开辟了新途径。通过几个厂的生产实践证明:该磨具有产量高、对水分适应性强、操作安全、运转可靠,节约能源,改善环境和减轻劳动强度等特点,较好地解决了旧式类似煤磨所存在的各种问题,深受使用厂的好评。 This article introduces the new techniques and new structures adopted in the design of φ2. 2×4. 1m air swept coal mill. Some of them are the first to be adopted in China, which has opened up a new approach for the design of mill. Practical experience in several plants shows that the mill enjoys such advantages as high output, better adoptability to miosture, safe and reliable operation, energy-saving, environment improvement and reduced labor intensity. It has properly so- lved the problems of the similar old-type coal mill and has been appreciated by the user.
