村落农民体育文化建设:现状、问题及对策思考——安徽省小岗村、小井庄和落儿岭3村实证分析

Empirical Study on the Building of Sports Culture in Villages:Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures——A Case in Point:Xiaogang Village,Xiaojing Zhuang and Luo-er Ling of Anhui Province

以安徽省小岗村、小井庄和落儿岭3个普通村落为个案,对农民体育文化建设进行调查。结果表明,当前农民的私有体育文化资源日益丰富,农民体育文化活动取向个体化,但总体来看,农民体育文化资源还是较为匮乏,体育文化活动还是较为单一;与之相比较,农民的公共体育文化资源和活动严重不足,特别是一些优秀的传统体育文化形式更是走向衰落。分析当前农民体育文化建设存在的主要问题,并在投入模式、运行机制和挖掘整理传统体育文化等方面提出切实可行的建议。

An investigation has been made to explore the building of sports culture in Xiaogang village, Xiaojing Zhuang and Luo - er Ling. It is found that an increasing of private resource is available in sports culture for farmers. The farmers＇ orientation for sports activities are tend to be individualized. As a whole, the resources of sports culture in rural area remain deficient and activities still stay dull. In contrast to private sectors, the public sports resources and activities are in serious decline, especially those traditional sports. Based on a thorough analysis of the major problems in the building of sports culture in villages, some workable measures have been thus proposed from the perspectives of Input mode, operation of innovation system and the collection of traditional sports culture.
