气田常用异种钢管焊接工艺对比

摘要 异种钢管件焊接常出现在气田产建过程中,特别是在天然气处理厂、集气站及集气支干线建设过程中,由于化学成分、物理性能、冶金成分等的相异性,使得异种钢管焊接性变差,焊口质量变差,在焊接工艺和焊接材料的选择上变得更为苛刻。为满足规定的设计要求,通过分析异种钢管的焊接性,从焊接方法、材料、参数、坡口形式等的选择上综述了异种钢管焊接工艺,并以近几年施工中遇到的异种钢管焊接实例,具体叙述了其焊接工艺及操作要点。 During gas field construction, especially for natural gas processing plant, gas gathering station and gas gath- ering branch line, the weldability of dissimilar steel pipe and weld quality become worse because of dissimilarity of chemical composition, physical properties, and metallurgical composition. In addition, it is stricter to adopt welding process and welding materials. In order to meet specified design requirements, through analysis on weldability of dissimilar steel pipe, it summarized welding process from several aspects, such as choosing welding method, material;parameter, and groove type. It presented welding process and operation point, taking an example from welding case of dissimilar steel pipe in recent year construction.
