西方政治经济理论反思与“亚非知识”话语权重建

Retrospections on Western Political and Economic Theories and the Reconstruction of Power of Discourse in Asian-African Knowledge

经过百年努力,非西方世界的现代发展已取得重大进展,开始拥有了自己的现代发展经验与自信,但是,亚非世界当代发展经验的价值尚未得到普遍的认可。随着全球发展"后西方时代"的到来,亚非知识与亚非智慧必须获得足够的尊重,长期以来占据主导地位的西方知识体系作出必要的反思与校正。在文明、自由、民主与人权的人类共有观念结构中,应有来自亚非世界古老智慧与当代发展经验的系统总结与融汇,并在此基础上作出新的人类知识与思想的"全球新综合",这样人类才足以应对日益复杂的生存发展挑战。而当代中非发展合作的实践过程与理论总结,将作为一个重要的思想源头与理论温床,有助于"亚非知识"话语权之提升及人类现代性的二次重构。

After one century's efforts,modern development of non-Western world has made big progresses,and gained their own experiences and confidence. However,the values in modern development experiences in Asian-African world have not been widely accepted. With the coming of 'post-Western era' in global development,Asian-African knowledge and wisdom should be fully respected,and the long-lasting dominating Western knowledge system must be examined and adjusted. In the universal human concepts of civilization,freedom,democracy and human rights,the old wisdom and modern development experiences from Asian-African world must be included,and a 'new global systemization' of knowledge and thoughts must be conducted in order to meet the increasingly complicated challenges of survival and development. Serving as an important origin of thoughts and hotbed for theory,the course of contemporary China-Africa development cooperation,and the summary and fusion of theories regarding this cooperation will help to boost power of speech in Asian-African knowledge and the second restructuring of human modernity.
