摘要
分析了我国经济、金融形势 ,认为我国中长期应采取适度从紧的货币政策 ,而今年宜适当扩大货币供应量 ,采取适当的货币政策。同时对降低利率背景和结果进行了探讨。
This paper analyses the economic and financial situation in the present China. The analysis shows that China should practice a measurable monetary policy in the mid term, while this year, the quantity of money supply should be enlarged and an advisable monetary policy must be practised. The background for the interest rate reduction and possible consequences are also given.
