摘要
针对某氧化钼精矿钼含量低、脉石矿物方解石含量高的特点,采用碳酸钠溶液高压浸出新工艺处理该原料,最佳浸出条件为:碳酸钠用量为理论量1倍、浸出时间1 h、浸出温度160℃、液固比1.5。最佳浸出条件下,钼浸出率大于97%。
The high pressure leaching process with sodium carbonate used as the leaching regent is applied to treat the oxidation molybdenum concentrates with low content of molybdenum and high content of calcspar. The results show that the optimal quantity of sodium carbonate is 1 time of its theoretical value, the optimal leaching time is 1 h, the optimal leaching temperature is 160 ℃ and the liquid--solid ratio is 1.5. The leaching rate obtained is above 97% under the optimal leaching condition.
