摘要
元贞糖是一种多糖果糖聚合物,含有一定量的低聚果糖,用多种国内药食同源的甜味植物萃取、制成的复合型甜味剂。采用低温造粒工序,使原料充分混合干燥,而研制出的一种新型的无蔗糖型糖。通过对元贞糖的制作工艺研究,更好的确定其在研制工程中的相关控制点。
Yuanzhen sugar was a polysaccharide polymer,containing a certain amount of fructooligosaccharides and being made with a variety of sweet plant extracts with homology of medicine and food.In this paper,a new type of Yuanzhen sugar was made by mixing the raw materials at dry conditions and adopting the low-temperature granulation processes.And the key control points of Yuan Zhen sugar production were determined.
