液相色谱法测定饮料中咖啡因、可可碱和茶碱 被引量:24

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法同时测定饮料中的咖啡因、可可碱和茶碱。饮料样品经超声提取后,用高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,建立标准工作曲线,以外标法定量。实验精密度为0.58%~1.85%,添加回收率范围为80.2%~96.4%。此方法快速,简便,准确,适用于饮料中咖啡因、可可碱和茶碱的测定。 A method for the determination of caffeine,theobromine and theophylline in drinks by HPLC was established.The drinks were extracted with water,separated by HPLC and then detected by photo-diode-array detector.Quantitative analysis was performed with external standard method.The relative standard deviations and recovery range were obtained of 0.58%~1.85% and 80.2%~96.4%,respectively.This simple method was suitable to detect the concentration of caffeine,theobromine and theophylline in drinks.
