低水泥用量型耐火浇注料的性能及应用

利用超微粉技术及适量外加剂制取的低水泥用量型耐火浇注料具有强度高,性能好,成本低,用途广的优点。本文介绍了中国建材研究院研制的几种低水泥用量型耐火浇注料的上述特点,及其施工要点,烘温制度、适用范围和在承德、本溪水泥厂的使用情况。本文还列举了该浇注料的物化性能和与国外同类产品对比的参数。试浇注料在水泥工业具有广阔的应用前景。

The refractory castables with low cement requirement made by super- micro powder technology and a proper amount of additive are characterized by its high strength, good property, low cost and extensive application. Introduced in this article are the above mentioned featuras as well as the key points in its usage, heating-up procedure, scope of application and the demostration in Chengde and Benxi cement plants of sevral types of castables develo- ped by China Building Materials Research Institute. Its chemi physical properties and comparison with that of the foreign productcs were listed. Such castables enjoy vast vistas of development in cement industry.
