Surface Sulfidization of Zinc Oxide Fine Particles

摘要 采用热分解乙基黄药法对氧化锌表面硫化,运用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和酸碱滴定对硫化前后的氧化锌进行表征。结果表明:当煅烧温度在250℃时,吸附乙基黄药的氧化锌形成表面包覆ZnS的ZnO/ZnS复合结构;Medusa软件模拟反应显示,以Na2S为硫源的硫化反应自由能ΔG=-64.19 kJ/moL,氧化锌可通过沉淀转化反应完全转变为体相硫化锌。 The surface sulphidization of zinc oxide was achieved by thermolysing the ethyl xanthate adsorbed on the surface of zinc oxide particles.The properties of zinc oxide before and after surface sulphidization were studied by XRD,FT-IR,acid-base titration and contact angle measurements.Testing results confirm that after calcination of zinc oxide coated with ethyl xanthates at 250℃,a sulfide layer is formed on the surface of zinc oxide.On the other hand,using sodium sulfide as sulphidization reagents,Gibbs free energy is equal to-64.19kJ/mol,and bulk zinc sulfide instead of surface ZnS will form,which is supported by the results of simulation using computer software Medusa.
