含硫醚结构新烟碱类化合物的合成及杀虫活性

Synthesis and Insecticidal Activity of Thioether-containing Neonicotinoid Compounds

摘要 以雷尼替丁为先导化合物,将硫醚结构和六元环基团引入新烟碱类化合物的骨架体系中,合成含硫醚结构的新烟碱类化合物。经元素分析、红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)确认目标化合物,并探讨其合成过程。生物活性测试结果表明,在化合物质量浓度为500 mg.L-1时,所有目标化合物对豆蚜均表现出一定的杀虫活性,其中化合物Ⅳ(7)的杀虫活性最高,校正死亡率可达到78.49%。 Using ranitidine as a model,the framework of neonicotinoid compounds was modified by incorporating thioether and hexatomic ring into it.New thioether-containing compounds were synthesized and confirmed via elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR.The synthetical process was also discussed.The bioassay indicates that all the target compounds exhibit certain insecticidal activities against aphis craccivora at the mass concentration of 500mg·L-1,among which compound Ⅳ(7) has the best insecticidal activity,with the corrected morality of 78.49%.
