Analysis of the hammer wear on the singlestage hammer crusher

TLPC型单段锤式破碎机是天津院最近研制的较先进的破碎机种,具有进料粒度大、破碎比大、破碎效率高等特性,是目前广泛应用和推广的破碎设备。锤头是单段锤式破碎机关键的工作件之一,文章阐述了影响锤头寿命的各种因素,介绍了锤头在应用中提高效率、降低磨损的措施,并提出了应尽快开发研制新型的耐磨锤头。

The single-stage hammer crusher type TLPC is one of the newly developed ma- chinery by Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute. It features large feed size, big reduction ratio and high crushing efficiency. It is the crushing equipment which enjoys extensive application and popularity at present. However, hammer is one of the key working parts in it. Fa- ctors are listed in this article that influence the service life of hammer. The measures and methods to increase the efficiency and decrease the wear of the hammer has been described. Proposal is ma- de to develop a new type of wear-resistant hammer.
