摘要
目的研究中药翻白草(Potentilla discolor Bunge.)中的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱技术分离纯化化合物,并通过理化性质和波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从翻白草中分离鉴定了11个多酚类化合物,其中黄酮苷元4个:分别为芹菜素(1),木犀草素(2),山柰酚(3),槲皮素(4);黄酮苷3个:分别为槲皮苷(5),刺蒺藜苷(6),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(7);鞣花酸及衍生物3个:分别为鞣花酸(8),鞣花酸-3-甲醚(9),鞣花酸-3-甲醚-4′-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(10)以及有机酸类1个:没食子酸(11)。结论化合物2,3和9为首次从翻白草中分离得到,化合物9为首次从委陵菜属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the polyphenols of Potentilla discolor Bunge.METHODS The crude drug of Potentilla discolor was extracted with 95% ethanol and purified by repeated chromatographic methods.The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by physicochemical and spectral analysis.RESULTS Eleven compounds were yielded and identified as: kaempferol(1),apigenin(2),luteolin(3),quercetin(4),quercetrin(5),tribuloside(6),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucuronide(7),ellagic acid(8),ellagic acid-3-O-methyl ether(9),ellagic acid-3-O-methyl ether-4-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(10) and gallic acid(11).CONCLUSION Compound 2,3 and 9 were obtained from Potentilla discolor Bunge for the first time,and compound 9 was yielded from the genus of Potentilla for the first time.
