The fault library is the heart of expert systems and embodies the level of expert system. Proceeding from technique structure and building method of the fault database, the information of the multiple fault diagnosis for electronic equipments is summarized. A fault library for a certain electronic equipment was established and its reasoning process was designed. The method provides a effective way for the quick and accurate fault diagnosis for electronic equipments.
