摘要
本文对FDI在中国的产业结构升级效应进行了分析与评价。数据分析表明,FDI对中国产业结构升级产生了重要的推动作用,但将升级的主体定位于本土企业或从价值链的角度分析升级效应,则发现FDI的产业结构升级效应存在一定程度的虚拟性。
The paper gives the analysis and appraisement on FDI＇s effects on industrial structure upgrading in China.The data analysis shows that FDI has played a significant role in promoting China＇s upgrading of industrial structure.However,if we analyze upgrading effects based on local enterprises or from the angle of value chain,it will be found that the effects are to a certain extent not true.
