膝关节软骨损伤的MRI诊断与关节镜相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价MRI诊断膝关节软骨损伤的临床应用价值。方法 33例膝关节软骨损伤患者均经MRI和关节镜检查,分析膝关节软骨损伤的MRI表现,并与关节镜诊断结果相对照研究。结果与关节镜检查结果比较,FS-FSE-T2W序列对软骨损伤显示的敏感度为80.0%,特异度为95.0%;3D-FS-SPGR序列的敏感度为90.9%,特异度为97.8%。结论 MRI对膝关节软骨损伤诊断具有明显的临床应用价值,同时可作为关节镜术前的筛选工具,指导关节镜在临床中的合理运用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of MRI to diagnoize the knee cartilage injury. Methods Thirty-three cases of knee cartilage damage were confirmed by MRI and arthroscopy. The MRI manifestions of knee cartilage injury were analyzed and were compared with the arthroscopy diagnostic results. Results Compared with the arthroscopic examination results, FS-FSE-T2W sequences showed the sensitivity of cartilage injury was 80.0% and the specificity was 95.0% ,and 3D-FS-SPGR sequence showed the sensitivity was 90.9% and the specificity was 97.8%. Conclusion MRI diagnosis of knee joint cartilage injury has obvious clinical value, and at the same time it can be used as a screening tool before arthroscopic surgery to guide clinical reasonable use of arthroscopy.
