CO_2激光联合卡介菌多糖核酸针治疗生殖器尖锐湿疣疗效观察

CO_2 Laser Plus BCG-PSN Injection in Treatment of Genital Condyloma Acuminata

目的观察CO2激光联合卡介苗素(医学名为卡介菌多糖核酸针,BCG-PSN)治疗生殖器的尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效。方法将126例CA患者随机分为两组,治疗组用CO2激光联合BCG-PSN进行治疗,具体措施:用CO2激光割开尖锐湿疣体,然后向其里面注射BCG-PSN注射液2mL,每隔一日进行再肌注,总共9次为1个疗程;对照组只在局部麻醉药物作用下用CO2激光治疗。结果联合治疗组1次治愈率达到了89.23%,对照组仅为57.38%,两组间有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论 CO2激光联合BCG-PSN治疗尖锐湿疣明显优于单独运用CO2激光治疗的方法。

Objective To observe the therapy efficacy of CO2 laser plus BCG-PSN Injection in the treatment of condyloma acuminta （CA）. Methods One hundred and twenty-six cases of CA were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated by using CO2 laser plus BCG-PSN Injection and the control group was treated by using CO2 laser alone. Results The one time cure rate of the treatment group was 89.23% and that of the control group was 57.38% ,with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion CO2 laser plus BCG-PSN Injection is more effective than CO2 laser alone in the treatment of CA.
