摘要
目的探讨器械吻合在食管癌和贲门癌手术中的应用价值。方法选择2002年2月～2010年5月我院收治的410例食管癌、贲门癌患者,消化道重建中使用器械吻合280例,进行手工吻合130例,比较两组手术进行及术后并发症发生情况。结果器械吻合组和手工吻合组比较:总手术时间、吻合时间、术后并发症发生率存在显著差异(P<0.05);术中出血量、胃肠减压时间、平均住院时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论食管癌、贲门癌器械吻合手术方便、安全、有效,能明显降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the value of instrument anastomosis in esophageal carcinoma or cardiac carcinoma. Methods Collected 410 cases who with esophageal carcinoma or cardiac carcinoma from February 2002 to May 2010,according to the methods of anastomoses through the cross of digestive tract reconstruction, 280 cases by stapler and 130 cases by hands, compare the case of operation and the incidence of complications. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the field of the total operating time and the anastomoses time and the incidence of complications （P〈0.05）. There were no significant difference between the two groups in the field of blood loss and the time of gastrointestinal decompression and the average length of stay （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Instrument anastomosis can be used not only convenience but also safely and effective in esophageal carcinoma and cardiac carcinoma,the complications were significantly reduced,worth to be expanded in clinical.
