摘要
目的探讨MexAB-OprM主动外排泵系统与铜绿假单胞菌的多药耐药关系。方法选取82株重症监护病房分离的多药耐药铜绿假单胞菌,采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测MexAB-OprM基因的表达情况。结果在选取的82株多药耐药铜绿假单胞菌中,共检出50株外排MexAB-OprM表型阳性(61.0%),以标准野生株PAEO1作为对照,其中38株MexAB-OprM系统表达差异倍数≥30倍,占76.0%,其余12株MexAB-OprM表达差异倍数<30倍,占24.0%。结论 MexAB-OprM主动外排系统表达水平异常增高可能与铜绿假单胞菌的多药耐药有关。
OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between MexAB-OprM active efflux pump and multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa.METHODS The expression of MexAB-OprM in 82 strains of multi-drug resistant of P.aeruginosa isolated from the intensive care unit patient samples was determined by RT-PCR.RESULTS Among 82 multi-drug resistant P.aeruginosa,50 strains expressed the MexAB-OprM efflus system(61.0%).In contrast to wild-type strain PAO1.The expression of the MexAB-OprM efflus in a total of 38 strains system were 30 flod increase(76.0%).The remaining 12 strains expressed the MexAB-OprM efflus system less than 30-fold increase(24.0%).CONCLUSION The abnormal increase of expression level of initiative efflux system of MexAB-OprM may be related to the multi-drug resistance of P.aeruginosa.
