铜绿假单胞菌连续分离株氯霉素耐药相关基因研究 被引量:4

Study on correlative drug resistant genes of continuously isolated pseudomonas aeruginosa strains to chloramphenicol

摘要 目的了解铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)连续分离株的耐药性和氯霉素耐药基因存在情况。方法 K-B法检测PAE连续分离株的耐药性,PCR方法检测2种cmlA、catB基因。结果 PAE对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、氨曲南、亚胺培南、美罗培南敏感性在60.0%~80.0%,对氯霉素、磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶、喹诺酮类敏感性均<40.0%;检出PAE cmlA基因阳性12株(阳性率34.3%),catB基因均阴性,凡检出cmlA基因者Ⅰ类整合子遗传标记均阳性,常位于Ⅰ类整合子上的氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因ant(3″)-Ⅰ亦为阳性。结论 cmlA基因与Ⅰ类整合子遗传标记相关。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the antibiotic resistance of continuously isolated Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains and the existing state of chloramphenicol-resistant genes.METHODS Drug resistant genes of continuously isolated P.aeruginosa strains were detected by K-B,2 kinds of cmlA gene and catB gene were detected by PCR.RESULTS The drug sensitivity of PAE to cefoperazone/sulbactam,aztreonam,imipenem,and meraopenem was between 60.0% and 80.0%,while to chloramphenicol,quinolone was less than 40.0%.12 PAE strains with cmlA genes were positive with the positive rate of 34.3%,catB genes were not found out.The genetic markers of class Ⅰintegron in cmlA genes were all positive,aminoglycosides-modifying enzymes gene ant(3″)-Ⅰlied on classⅠintegron was positive too.CONCLUSION CmlA gene is correlated with the genetic marker of class Ⅰintegron.
