新生儿科医院感染突发事件的应急防范对策

Preventive countermeasures for emergencies of nosocomial infection in neonatal ward

目的探讨新生儿科医院感染突发事件的应急防范对策。方法对医院2009年3月发生的一起医院感染突发事件进行分析。结果 3例住院时间>1周患儿血培养结果均为肺炎克雷伯菌阳性;对3例被感染患儿进行积极的隔离、切断感染源,杜绝蔓延,同时根据药敏应用美罗培南等治疗获得痊愈,病区内无新增病例。结论新生儿科为医院感染重点科室应有医院感染突发事件应急预案,发生时应根据应急预案科学规范进行隔离、治疗。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the preventive measures for emergencies of nosocomial infection in neonatal ward.METHODS The outbreak of nosocomial infection in Mar 2009 was analyzed.RESULTS Three cases of more than one week hospital stay in children with positive blood culture results were Klebsiella pneumoniae（extended spectrum β-lactamase positive）.Three cases of infected children were treated with active isolation,cuting off the source of infection and preventing the spread of applications under both,meanwhile,meropenem was applied in accordance with the drug susceptibility,the three cases were recovered.no new case occurred in the neonatal ward.CONCLUSION The contingency plans for emergency nosocomial infection should be set in neonatal department,and the isolation and treatment should be performed based on the scientific and standardized contingency plans.
