七氟醚吸入麻醉和氯胺酮静脉麻醉用于小儿小手术麻醉效果的比较

Anaesthetic effect comparison of sevoflurane inhaled anesthesia and ketamine intravenous anesthesia for pediatric small operation

目的观察七氟醚吸入麻醉和氯胺酮静脉麻醉用于小儿小手术的麻醉效果。方法将100例笔者所在医院手术小儿随机分为观察组(七氟醚吸入麻醉组)和对照组(氯胺酮静脉麻醉组),各50例,比较两组的麻醉效果。结果 (1)两组患儿诱导后HR均增快,且对照组诱导后5minHR增快比观察组明显,有统计学差异。(2)对照组疼痛反射消失时间短于观察组,术后睁眼或体动时间及出手术室时间观察组均比对照组短,有统计学差异。(3)两组均未发生严重并发症,对照组分泌物增多,术后躯体运动及精神皱皱的患儿多于观察组,有统计学意义。结论七氟醚吸入麻醉是小儿小手术较为理想的麻醉方法,与氯胺酮静脉麻醉比较,患儿更易于接受且其麻醉并发症少、苏醒快。

Objective To observe sevoflurane inhaled anesthesia and ketamine intravenous anesthesia for pediatric small operation anaesthetic effect. Methods Selecting 100 eases of polio tifert surgery were randomly divided into trial group （ sevoflurane inhaled anesthesia group） and the control group （ketamine intravenous anesthesia group） every 50 cases, compared with two groups of anesthetic effect. Results （ 1 ） The two groups of patients after induction HR both the fast, and the control group after induction 5minHR added fast than the observation group obviously, there were significant differences. （2）Control pain reflex disappear time is shorter than the observation group, postoperative goggle or body dynamic time and the operating room time observation group were shorter than the control group, there were significant differences. （3） Both groups had not occurred serious complications, and the control group secretion increased, postoperative body movement and spiritual wrinkly children more than the observation group, with a statistical significance. Conclusion Sevoflurane inhaled anesthesia is children small operation ideal of anesthetic methods, and ketamine intravenous anesthesia comparison, children easier to accept and its anesthesia fewer complications, and awaken more quickly.
