0引言 水泥土是把一定质量的硅酸盐水泥、土加水拌和后，压实到高密度的一种地基材料，可作为沥青混凝土和水泥混凝土路面下的基层材料，还可用于大坝和路堤的边坡加固，沟槽、水库和浅湖的衬垫，大体积水泥土筑堤和地基稳定。

The cement stabilization is a measure to solidify the soil and improve the strength of soil body,by using cement as a consolidation agent and mixing with special machines.The wind-blown soil is of loose structure and rich water,making it classified as low liquid limit silt and suitable for cement stabilization.However,nothing concerning cementstabilized wind-blown soil has been reported or published at present,so it's significant to explore the theories of wind-blown soil and introduce them into application.
