摘要
为了提高冷换设备的耐蚀性能,研制了一种JCTZ-2有机耐腐蚀涂料,并制定出了冷换设备耐腐蚀涂料的涂装工艺方法。涂敷后,冷换设备的使用寿命延长了2年以上。该涂料适合在复杂的腐蚀环境中推广使用。
In order to enhance the anti-corrosion properties of carbon steel coolers and exchangers and ensure the life of the equipment, an organic coating, JCTZ-2 coating, was prepared. The coating process of JCTZ-2 coating for coolers and exchangers was developed. The results indicate that the JCTZ-2 coating has excellent anti-corrosion properties and is suited to be used in complex corrosion environments. The life of the coolers and exchangers was lengthened for more than 2 years after JCTZ-2 coating was applied.
