摘要
某电站锅炉水冷壁发生爆管泄漏,通过水冷壁厚度、材质、金相分析及腐蚀产物成分分析,确定水冷壁失效的直接原因是锅炉水质不合格导致的严重腐蚀。根据事故原因提出了具体的应对措施。
The water-cooled tubes of boiler in a power plant were burst. The failure of the water-cooled tubes was investigated by thickness measurement, material analysis, metallographic examination and composition analysis of corrosion products. The results showed that the unqualified water was the main reason that led to the serious corrosion of water-cooled tubes. Some corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
