摘要
探讨大黄的体外抑菌作用。采用圆纸片扩散实验来检测大黄对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌及伤寒沙门菌的抑菌效果。结果显示大黄对上述细菌均有一定的抑制作用。其中对金黄色葡萄球菌,痢疾杆菌,伤寒沙门菌有很强的抑制作用,为高敏;对绿脓杆菌的抑菌作用次之,为中敏;对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用较弱,为低敏。
The antimicrobial effects of rhubarb on golden yellow staphylococcus,escherichia coli,dysenteriae,pseudomonas aeruginosa and salmonella typhi were investigated by a round paper diffusion method.The rhubarb showed a strong antimicrobial effect on golden yellow staphylococcus,dysenteriae,salmonella typhi as the high-sensitivity,less strong antimicrobial effect on pseudomonas aeruginosa as the middle-sensitivity,and a weak antimicrobial effect on escherichia coli as the low-sensitivity.
