摘要
利用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)对欧洲海蓬子(Salicornia europaea L.)中微量元素的种类和含量进行了测定和分析,为进一步的资源研究和开发提供一定的科学数据。结果表明,海芦笋中含有丰富的Cl、Na、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn、Fe等多种元素,其中Cl和Na含量分别为25.48%、11.96%。XRF简单快捷,具有测定元素种类多、含量范围广、灵敏度高的特点,可以从整体上对中药材等天然产物的元素进行定性和定量的测定分析和研究。
The several trace elements of Salicornia europaea L.were analyzed and tested simultaneously by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF),which provided scientific proof for resource research and exploitation.The results indicated that there were many mineral elements such as Cl,Na,K,Ca,Mg,Zn,Mn,Fe,etc in the Salicornia europaea L.and the contents of Cl,Na were determined to be 25.48%,11.96 %,respectively.In addition,this method has many advantages,such as quickness,simplicity,high sensitivity,and wide measuring range,and can be used for quantitative analysis and study of the element of Chinese herbal medicines.
