摘要
通过化学修饰的方法将直接参与电化学发光反应的试剂鲁米诺固定于电极表面,结合醋酸纤维素修饰碳糊电极构建异烟肼电化学发光传感器。在最佳实验条件下,该传感器具有重现性好、选择性高等优点,异烟肼浓度在4.0×10-6—4.0×10-5g/mL范围内与相对电化学发光强度呈线性关系。该方法测定异烟肼的检出限为4.6×10-6g/mL,相对标准偏差为1.2%,相关系数为0.9985,用于样品测定,结果与对照方法吻合。
An electrochemiluminescence(ECL) sensor for the determination of isoniazid was developed based on co-immobilization of luminol and cellulose acetate film on the surface of the carbon paste electrode.Under the optimum experimental conditions,the sensor responded lineared to isoniazid concentration in the range of 4.0×10-6—4.0×10-5g/mL.The detection limit was 4.6×10-6g/mL,and the relative standard deviation was 1.2% with correlation coefficient of 0.9985.The method applied to detect the samples,and the reswlts was in consistent with control method.
