摘要
利用相转移催化剂促进Reimer-Tiemann反应合成2-羟基-1-萘甲醛,系统的研究了原料配比、反应时间、反应温度,不同的相转移催化剂对Reimer-Tiemann反应的影响。研究结果表明:利用水浴加热,以无水乙醇作溶剂,碱性介质中,氯仿过量2—3倍,反应温度设置为75—80℃,2-羟基-1-萘甲醛的产率可达到45%—50%,利用相转移催化剂合成与传统合成方法相比显著缩短了反应时间,产率有所增加。
Under the alkaline conditions,2-hydroxyl-1-naphthalene(HNA) was synthesized on the base of phase-transfer-promoted Reimer-Tiemann reaction.The influence of the ratio of raw materials,reaction time,different reaction temperature and different phase-transfer catalysts on the synthesis of HNA has been systematically studied.The results reveal that the yield of HNA was up to 45%—50% under the conditions of 1:2.3 for the moles of 2-naphthol and chloroform in alkaline media,temperature of 75—80℃,reaction time of 60min.The method can greatly shorten the reaction time and increase the yield comparing with the traditiona1 technologies.
