摘要
碱性介质中绿原酸对鲁米诺-Ag(Ⅲ)化学发光体系有显著增敏作用,在一定范围内,绿原酸的浓度与化学发光强度成正比。据此,结合流动注射技术,建立了绿原酸化学发光测定的新方法,并研究了影响化学发光强度的因素。在最优条件下测得方法的检出限为0.50μg/L,线性范围1.0—200.0μg/L。对25.0μg/L的绿原酸进行平行测定11次,其RSD为2.1%,该法已用于金银花中绿原酸含量的测定。
The chlorogenic acid had remarkable sensitization effect on luminal-Ag(Ⅲ) chemiluminescence(CL) system,and content of chlorogenic acid was proportional to CL intensities with limits.A novel method for determination of chlorogenic acid was established by chemiluminescence method with flow injection analysis,and the effects of factors of chemiluminescence intensities were investigated.Under optimum conditions,the detection limit was 0.50μg/mL,and linear range was 1.0—200.0μg/mL,with relative standard deviation(n=11) of 2.1% for chlorogenic acid content of 25.0μg/L.This method was applied for the determination of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle.
