乡村社区合作经济组织引领农民创业的模式研究——以福建省为例

Business development programs for farmers assisted by economic cooperative organizations of rural communities as practiced in Fujian

乡村社区合作经济组织在引领农民创业方面发挥了积极的作用。随着乡村社区合作经济组织的转型发展,其引领和带动作用将更加显著。通过分析福建省乡村社区合作经济组织的"股份经济合作社+公司制"、"土地股份化+专业合作组织"等推动和引领农民创业的模式,指出各种模式的作用和应用条件,提出深化乡村社区合作经济组织引领农民创业的若干思路。

Economic cooperative organizations of rural communities assist in farmers′ enterprising,and will make more significant impacts.This paper analyzes the three programs applied by economic cooperative organizations of the rural communities in farmers′ enterprising.These models include share economic cooperative society add corporation,land demutualization added by special cooperation organization and so on.Through evaluation on the characteristics and applied conditions of these models,the author offers some recommendations.
