旅游发展模式的转型与旅游资源保护的强化

On the Transformation of Tourism Developmental Pattern and Strengthening the Protection of Tourism Resources

根据现代经济发展理论,旅游经济的发展越来越依赖单位要素产出效率的提高而不是要素投入量的增加,即旅游经济发展必然由以传统的"数量扩展发展"为主向"质量效益发展"为主转变。考察当前旅游数量扩展型发展模式产生的问题,探讨中国旅游经济向质量效益型模式转换的对策,得出如下结论:不同形式的发展模式对旅游资源与生态环境的影响是不一样的,质量效益发展型更有利于强化旅游资源的保护,实现中国旅游业的健康持续发展。

According to the theory of modern economic development,the development of tourism economy increasingly depends on the increasing output efficiency per unit factor,but not that of factor inputs.That is to say,the development of tourism economy inevitably should be changed from the traditional pattern of ＂number-expanding development＂ to the one of ＂quality-efficiency development＂.This article studies the problems of ＂number-expanding development＂ pattern,proposes the way to transfer to ＂quality-efficiency development＂ one,and concludes that the influence of different development patterns on tourism resources and ecological environment differs,and the ＂quality-efficiency development＂ pattern benefits both the protection of tourism resources and the sustainable development of Chinese tourism industry.
