湖北省乙类大型医用设备更新分析

Analysis of upgrading of class-Ⅱ medical devices in Hubei Province

"湖北省乙类大型医用设备配置标准研究"课题组对2006-2008年全省乙类大型医用设备更新配置情况进行了一次全面调查和统计分析。3年间湖北省乙类大型医用设备的总体更新率为年均5%左右。与新增配置表现出的CT需求相对下降形成对照,CT更新在本周期占居绝对多数,表明CT经过10多年临床普及应用,开始面临第一轮更新高峰。设备更新因素权重回顾性调查分析表明,"服务升级"、"寿命限制"和"业务增长"是医疗机构考虑更新相关设备的三大主要因素。

A set of comprehensive survey and statistical analysis have been conducted by the project Group of ＂The Research on The Allocation Standard of Heavy Medical Equipment Type Ⅱ in Hubei＂ from 2006 to 2008. The overall upgrading rate of Heavy Medical Equipment Type Ⅱ in Hubei is approximately 5% for the annual average in the 3 years. The statistics for equipment upgrading demonstrate a contrast with the relatively decreasing requirement of CT, which is proved by its additional allocation. CT upgrading takes the predominant majority during the present period. Such a phenomenon shows the fact that CT begins to face a new peak after decades of clinical publicity and application. While being clarified by the research on the weighing proportion of the causes for facility perfection, it is also indicated that hospital tend to put consideration on upgrading relevant facilities based on 3 factors, which are phrased as ＂service upgrading＂, ＂endurance limitation＂ and ＂business growth＂.
