On Luo Yin's "Xiangnan's Collection of Practical Writing" and Its Practicability

罗隐的诗歌一直以来备受后世文人学者重视,但对其应用文的研究却被忽略。罗隐的文集《湘南应用集》以应用文命名,第一次以应用文结集个人专著,这是我国应用文发展史上的重要里程碑。罗隐一生在求仕与为官过程中写作了大量应用文,为我们研究晚唐历史和古代应用文写作提供了大量资料。

The poetry of Luo Yin in Tang Dynasty has been highly valued by the following men of letters or scholars, but his research on practical writing has been ignored. His literary collection ＂Xiangnan Collection of Practical Writing＂, entitled with practical writing and published as the first collection of prac- tical writing in China, has become an important monument in the history of practical writing. In his whole life, Luo Yin wrote a great deal of practical writing during his official career, which provides a large amount of data for our research on the history of late Tang Dynasty and ancient practical writing.
