摘要
通过对上海青西水源地保护、建设与生态补偿政策实施情况的考察,分析了现行生态补偿政策的实施效益和存在的问题,提出了在青西地区制定和实施生态补偿政策的建议。
In this paper the current status on protection, construction and ecological compensation policy of source water protection area in Shanghai was considered and the benefit and existing problem of the ecological compensation policy was analyzed. Based on it, several suggestions were put forward to institute and executive the ecological compensation policy in Qingpu, Shanghai.
