摘要
本文通过对客观事实的揭示和基于法律法规、科学概念、基本逻辑的深入剖析,证明《强检目录》中的所谓"医用三源"之说及以此为由进行的"强制检定"存在严重的法理问题。
As a result of expsure of objective facts and deep analysis based laws, regulations, scientific concepts and fundamental logic, it is proved that so-called＂three medical sources＇and their compulsory verification bear serious mistakes in respect of laws and truths.
