摘要
牛乳制品作为我国人均消费量增长最快的食品之一,安全问题不容忽视.为了从源头上探索消除生鲜乳质量不安全因素的对策和措施,通过问卷调查的形式,以《食品安全法》中的相关规定为切入口,从成都市消费者在牛乳制品购买过程中的风险认知和信息搜寻行为角度,对牛奶制品质量安全需求做初步的探讨和调查分析。
Dairy product consumption is one of the fastest growing food industries. Therefore, much concentration must be paid on its safety. In order to establish the strategies to eliminate the factors that negatively affect the quality of fresh milk, this paper investigates the knowledge in safety and information observation for milk consumers in Chengdu in the field of Food Safety Regulation.
