十二种花类药材中八种微量元素的主成分和因子分析

Analysis of principal components and factors of the trace elements in twelve flower medicines

应用化学计量学方法研究了十二种花类药材中所含微量元素之间的关系,结果表明应用四个主成分可以合理解释微量元素之间的相关关系;主成分分析和因子得分可以用于十二种不同花类药材质量的综合评价,为花类药材的合理利用提供了可靠依据。

This paper discusses the relevance between the trace elements in twelve flower medicines with the method of Chemometrics. The result shows that a four-principal component model explains the correlation of these trace elements; the analysis of principal components and factor scores can be used to do the comprehensive evaluation on quality of the twelve different kinds of flower medicines. This study will be considered as a reasonable basis for the rational use of flower medicines.
