52例肠瘘患者血清中营养相关蛋白质的检测及临床意义

Determination and clinical significance of nutrition associated proteins in 52 patients with intestinal fistula diseases

目的探讨前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TF)、白蛋白(Alb)、纤维连接蛋白(FN)和视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)在肠瘘患者营养治疗支持疗法疗效评价中的临床意义。方法分别测定52例医源性肠瘘患者在肠外营养支持(TPN)前和TPN治疗1周后血清PA、TF、Alb、FN和RBP水平。结果血清PA和RBP水平在TPN治疗1周后明显增加(P<0.01),而Alb、FN和TF水平在治疗前、后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PA和RBP作为评估TPN疗效的指标比Alb、FN和TF更加敏感。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of prealbumin（PA）,transferrin（TF）,albumin（Alb）,fibronectin（FN） and retinol binding protein（RBP） in nutrition support therapy for the intestinal fistula patients.Methods Serum PA,TF,Alb,FN and RBP levels were determined respectively before and a week after total parenteral nutrition（TPN） treatment in 52 patients with iatrogenic intestinal fistula diseases.Results After TPN treatment for a week,PA and RBP levels increased significantly（P〈0.01）,and the levels of Alb,FN and TF had no statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions PA and RBP,as the indicators for evaluating the efficiency of TPN treatment,are more sensitive than Alb,FN and TF.
