摘要
本研究结果显示,社会网络中人情资源大于信息资源对入职收入的影响力,人情加信息资源对入职收入的影响,证实了社会网络资源与收入之间的正向关系。在不同制度环境与竞争条件下,社会网络资源的收入效应存在明显的差异。实证研究的结果初步验证了本文提出的相关假设。
Whether or not social capital has an impact on income is a cuttingedge topic in social networking studies. The results of this study show that favourite resources have a larger impact than informational resources. The combined effects of affiliative and informational resources on income confirm favourite relationships between social network resources and income. In different institutional environments and competitive conditions, the effects of social network resources on incomes vary significantly. The empirical data support three related hypotheses.
