氯氧镁水泥在水热环境下强度变化机理 被引量:3

摘要 常规水泥在漏层封堵、调剖堵水及储层改造中会伤害储层,且由于封堵层酸溶蚀效果差,将影响后期酸化改造,氯氧镁水泥可以改善这些问题。采用XRD和SEM-EDX技术研究了水热环境下氯氧镁水泥的相态物质对强度的影响,结果表明强度随养护温度和时间的增加而降低,水化产物组分和形态发生了不利于强度增加的转变。常压养护条件下表明,氯氧镁水泥石获得最佳强度的原材料配比为活性MgO︰MgCl2︰H2O=8︰1︰16。 The conventional cement can damage reservoirs in sealing profile water plugging and reservoir recreating,so as to influence the acid stimulation,but the magnesium oxychloride cement can fix them very well.In this paper,the effect of magnesium oxychloride cement stone compressive strength in hot water is studied by XRD and SEMEDX.The results show that the strength decreases with longer time and higher curing temperature,the component and form of hydration products have negative effect on the strength,and the best ratio is MgO:MgCl2:H2O= 8:1:16 in normal temperature.
